Spring and Summer Sessions

As the days get longer and the weather gets warmer, reconnect with yourself and nature during our Spring and Summer yoga classes!

This season, classes will be held in North Raleigh at Baileywick Park and Lake Lynn Park. Both locations offer convenient parking and open grassy fields for our practice. 

Please bring a mat, water bottle and beach towel. Also, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and the short walk to each practice site.
